Which milk do you use?

I make my own mylks from cashews, almonds and help seeds

For my own? Cashew.
For my son. Cashew.
We'll use almond if it's the only thing avail. We try not too because it takes a gallon of water to produce a single almond, which is wasteful.  
For the baby on the way? My breast milk.
We treat dairy as a treat not a necessity. There's no nutritional need for it.

Which milk for what? My daughter is breastfed but I drink raw cow and goat milk

For myself I use Ripple Milk, they sell it at target. Animal milk has too many hormones in it because of the fact that they are trying to get the cows to produce more, but just like anything you ingest can go to the baby in your milk, it goes to us in the animal milk. And as far as soy milk, too much soy can cause ovarian cysts and things like that. Coconut and almond milk are great, but I love that Ripple Milk is plant based, taste better and has more nutritional benefits. I buy it at Target. 
As for baby, I plan on only giving her breast milk to start, maybe Ripple Milk a year down the road.

I drink cows milk straight from my best friend's farm. She gives me fresh butter, eggs, chicken, and parts from the cow and pigs.

I personally go for almond or oat! I’ll be ready feeding my son & then giving him the same! & the reason is because animal milk is for baby animals... not for humans 💙
