Spotting between periods

So I had to have a d&c in November because my baby stopped growing and passed several weeks prior to us knowing and I just had another misscarriage at the end of February, which is a total of 5 misscarriages for me. With all of my misscarriages including my d&c, I bled for 6 days every 28 days like a normal menstral cycle and have always been consistent. Well I spotted one day last week 2 weeks after my misscarriage and spotting today. My period isn't due till Monday. What could this be?
