A lot of people don't have an open mind. In reference to some of the comments here & this app isn't the best place to ask many questions as I've seen women bash other women on here more than anything else.

Americans love percriptions for everything not realizing that sometimes they can use a natural remedy. Every woman knows their body so they will know what helps or hurts. Sometimes there's not even a problem to begin with and doctors are less likely to give prescriptions for what they call "common" things like BV.

Anyways, I'd say if you're just trying to maintain your ph balance then take probiotics. I've read that vinegar baths are ok from time to time & also drinking a small amount of vinegar. Always drink lots of water of course & eat yogurt.

If I'm looking for a natural remedy for something I use google, there are tons of forums with people explaining what they're doing why they're doing it & their results.

You might need a stronger natural remedy like yogurt or garlic if you are having an issue. As for just keeping yourself balanced I love acv baths and I know a lot of friends who use he salt regularly for balance and it helps muscles and inflammation.

I soak in epsom salt baths for muscle pain. For my vagina....I avoid baths. But that's just me.
