Dog Smelling My Stomach and Breasts then Growling (long)

Hey before you get annoyed this is not one of those "my dog smelled my belly I think in pregnant!" kind of of posts. I don't think I am pregnant and don't feel pregnant so I'm not going to bother to test for that. She's been making me nervous about my health though. She has grown incredibly clingy as of late. She walks beside me and if I walk too fast she gets in front of me and physically pushes me back. She won't let any men near me and backs me clear up when they're around (except my husband of course). If I drop something she quickly picks it up and hands it to me and follows me wherever I go with this intense worried look on her face. She is constantly checking on me at night too. She wakes me up every few hours and then sniffs me over growls at my belly and breasts then kisses my face and lays on top of my belly and breasts until I go back to sleep. She's been having horrible nightmares too it sounds like something is murdering her in her sleep. She kicks and screams bloody murder and big tears come out of her eyes. She doesn't want to play with me anymore. When she does she keeps her body at distance and when running up to me once she gets within a few steps she stops in her tracks and walks gently up to me licking my belly. She is not a Velcro breed and she is very out of character. Its been going on for about 5 days now and it's becoming increasingly worrisome behaviour. She sometimes looks at me and begins to whine and cry and I try to give her treats and love or I'll tell her no and she doesn't want any of the treats and when I say no she just puts her nose on my belly and breasts then gives me a worrisome look like she's trying to tell me something. I mean I can't even go to the bathroom without her right there. She snapped at another dog that came near me today and im getting really scared and worried. What if I'm sick or something. What is she trying to tell me? What should I do? Does this mean anything? Do any of you have an experience like this? What does it mean? I was just at the hospital a couple weeks ago and all my tests came back fine. I mean I do feel ill but I always feel like that. I haven't had a period in 9 months and I don't have cysts or endometriosis or ovarian cancer. My levels are normal not even messed up progesterone or high blood pressure. What should I do?
