How do i speak more spanish ?

So im mexican hispanic. I was raised to learn english though since i was born here In California. My grandpa speaks pure spanish and my grandma is bilingual . I can speak alittle spanish here and their but not a lot... There's this place i want to work at here in my town and they speak pure spanish  and the guy wants me to know more spanish to work their. 😕 i need more help though. Where can i get more help with spanish speaking ? i want to be perfect but my mother didn't teach me anything
