Pregnant?

So I had sex for the first time and we didn't use protection but he didn't finish. I know that he doesn't have to for sperm to be released but I'm wondering what the odds are of being pregnant. I was the day after my period ended. I might be freaking out for no reason but I need some feedback lol! Thanks so much:)
