Things to do differently when trying
So I'm 7 months in at 33 and my period is creeping in! Ugh looking for idea of things to do fiffermy next month that might help!
We switched up lubes and use conceive plus now. I want to try yoga to help relax and destress maybe cut alcohol out (yet sometimes 1 drink after a long day is needed) hmmm any other ideas...foods up drink? eat? Other ways to relax?
