full bottle throw up

Hi - just a quick question. My baby filled his nappy during his early morning feed so I waited 20 minutes after it to lay him down to change. After a minute or so on his back he projectile vomited the whole bottle back up (mid taking his nappy off - shit everywhere!!!🙄FML). Anyway my question is, should I feed him a whole bottle again? I don't want to make one up and waste it. Right now it is 4am, he is wide awake and babbling...I'll never get him back to sleep. 😭 LOL
