What in the..heee...world is going on 🤦

I feel horrible 🤢 It started suddenly about 3 hours ago. Very mild cramps as if AF started (11dpo and AF predicted for the 23rd) Usually when I feel these cramps I'm already bleeding, so I headed to the bathroom expecting to clean up and snuggle into CD1. Well, there's no sign of AF starting AT ALL. CM is creamy and very white when I check it vaginally, but very light EWCM when I wipe 🤔🤔 the cramps then subsided to pure nausea 🤢🤢 Like, lay in the bathroom floor because it feels like it's in your throat and you're gonna loose it any moment kind of nausea, but no vomiting 😐 Finally, the nausea let up enough for me to get in bed and I am now having just mild nausea and a pretty bad headache 🤕 It all feels like AF has already started, except the short lived cramps and there's no AF! Wteeefffff is happening? Just wanting some opinions, shared experiences, and distraction from the nausea 🙂
