TTC help?

Question

Hi ladies. 
Im 21 and have been trying to conceive for 10 months now. 
I have PCOS. 
I had a iud put in last year and was taken out on the 9th of july 2014. 
I have always wanted to havs children. 
My partner and i adore children and want to start a family soon. 
I am kinda loosing all hope. 
Is there anything i can do to help conceive or anything we can change in the bedroom. ? 
Please help us.

I have PCOS as well and have been TTC for 2 years now. I had a chemical last month, hubby and I are very hopeful that it'll happen again wih a sticky bean✨✨✨✨✨!!! 
Definitely keep your head up!! It might take a healthy couple (without PCOS) about a year to conceive! If your periods are pretty irregular, some people swear by vitex.. But I would consult your doctor first! They can also prescribe clomid to help you ovulate and produce better eggs! Some other things that could help: charting/checking cervical position, cervical mucus, BBT, also using OPKs. Preseed could help as well (fertility friendly lubricant).
