Help???

Question

My friend has just committed suicide. 
He left his family and girlfriend behind.  He also left his unborn child behind (he didn't know she was pregnant, she didn't have time to tell him) 
She now can't decide whether or not she wants the baby, some say she is just grieving and that's why she wants an abortion, but I'm not sure.
What would you do in her situation? He was 21 and she is 20.

I think she would regret it. Try to tell her that she's caring the last piece of him because unfortunately he will never be able to have another child. This baby is a way to remember him and keep her and the family together. But that's just my opinion I've had an abortion and I know how big of a burden the decision can have on you. Make sure she's 100% positive about it, and support whatever she wants to do at this horrible time. I'm so sorry for everyone going through this.

I would consider adoption. But honestly she's so young and it's really hard not just being a single parent but a single parent who is grieving. For some people the baby would be a constant reminder and for others it would be a healing. I would understand either way if her choice was adoption or abortion or to keep the baby. Just try being supportive to whatever her decision is.

That would be hard. There's been a lot of people that I know doin that lately.. It sucks.. That's why I try to keep contact with everybody and make everyone feel good about themselves. It's honestly such a sad sad thing.. A permanent solution to a temporary problem. Praying for his girl to make the right decision because honestly it's not the babies fault he did it, and she should very much consider adoption if she thinks seeing the baby everyday will hurt her.

I would keep the baby, but I am not her.  Sometimes a baby can be very healing in a loss like this.I have a friend who recently lost his son in a car accident, his gf was pregnant, the baby has helped his parent hold onto a part of their son, and his gf too.
