Any sisters wear niqaab??

Asalam alaikum sisters!

I hope all your TTC journeys are going well for you all inshaAllah ta'ala.

Although this post isn't about TTC I wanted to know if there were any sisters that wear niqaab. I've been wanting/thinking to wear it and would just like you any of you all's experience. I also know there's a difference of opinion on it from the ma'shaykh. How long have you worn it? What made you wear it? Any advice.

First of All I salut you for wanting/think of wearing niqab as a muslimah and seek nearness to Allah through that.

Second I do wear niqab for 13 years now since I was 12 years old.

It feels really liberating to wear it& follow the mothers of the believers and the female companion in that. I live in Chicago il. I received a marriage proposal cos of it by my husband Alhamdulillah so it is a blessing For me.

Asalamoalikum warahamtullah, i reverted to islam in october of 2014 alhamdulilah...in november i met and married my husband :) he would love me to wear niqab(and i too) so i tried it a few times and i liked it! The only struggle for me is my vestibular migraines and vertigo which basically means that anything in my line of sight causes me severe vertigo attacks. the niqab was in my line of sight so it caused problems for me but in shaa allah my dr will help me with this issue and i can wear niqab again. i had no other problems wearing it, even in public because i live in a huge islamic community alhamdulilah
