Acne & Breakouts after leaving the Pill??

Hey guys, its been a month since i am off the pill.. While i was on it i got acne occasionally and now since i have left it i have noticed they are more frequent.. Also i try and avoid touching my face but somehow even when i dont the pimple never seems to come to the surface and leaves a huge black mark on that part! Please help i dont know what to do .. I hate looking at my blemished face 😞
