I'm nervous 😩

I'm 2 days late but I'm afraid to take a test!! I took 2 over the weekend and it was negative. However I believe I had implantation that same weekend. Once you implant how long after can u get a BFP? I had my IUD removed so my periods are anywhere from 29-33 days, however I ovulate same week on schedule so that's not a problem! Ugh I just hope that it doesn't come.....should I wait a little longer since i may have implanted like 3-4 days ago??
