Blood pressure issues?

I'm 21 weeks 4 days and so far my blood pressure had been around 117/70 at each appointment. Nothing higher than 120/80.... I'm on insulin for type 2 diabetes and my sugar had been a little high this week but nothing too bad, we are working to bring that down and so far today it has been normal. But today I'm feeling a little lightheaded and seeing sparkles every now and then. I feel like my heart rate may be a little elevated today and every now and then I get a little out of breath. I know some of this is just basic pregnancy symptoms but I'm wondering if these may be signs my blood pressure may be a little high or low? My other concern is that I have elevated spinal fluid pressure which has affected my vision. If I notice any major changes to my vision they will want to do surgery to install a shunt to drain some of that fluid. With everything going on I'm not sure what's what at this point. Waiting on a call back from my doctor, but in the mean time, any ideas?
