Protein??
Last week at my appt, my OB said I was pretty much protein defficient. She suggested I drink a healthy protein shake every day to help, since I barely crave food, much less protein rich food. So I've been sticking to making my own with nonfat greek yogurt and fruit and milk, no powder though since I've been doing research on what powder is good and safe to take during pregnancy. Idk if my research skills suck or I just don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for, but I need help.
