TTC 5 Months After Nexplanon Removal

So....

I've been on Accutane since Nov 2016 and got off officially in March 17. With that you have to use two forms of birth control.

In February 2017 my BF and I were discussing our future together and what's going to happen next and we decided we're going to get married and start a family. So clearly I got off Accutane and had my Nexplanon removed.

I didn't have sex immediately after having my implant removed so I guessed I missed my window of ovulation. Since then it's been 5 months nearly TTC and no luck. I'm starting to get very discouraged and less like a woman.

How long did it take before you got pregnant after having the implant removed?
