Trying to convince

So I'm 19 years old. I've been trying to conceive for almost a year now. I was on birth control for almost two years but stopped taking it last year when we started trying for a baby. I'm starting to lose hope. I keep getting my hopes up... If anyone has any fertility secrets or anything that can help me please let me know. I need someone to talk to about this stuff..please help me.
