Gas bubbles/ pressure
Omg I just had the worst pain so far in my pregnancy. I had pressure from gas and it had me doing breathing techniques just to let it pass, I never farted btw. I always heard menstral cramps were signs of how your labor would go ( mild-💀), but that pressure just now almost had me in tears and I'm not even a crybaby,
