titty trouble? help

I bought a Body By Victoria Multi-Way bra in 32DDD. It fits!!! Or so I thought, because now it's starting to slide down and I have to constantly pull at it to make it snug or else it will poke my ribs :( I went back and got a 34D, but even this one is starting to slide down.

Should I hook it on 2nd or 3rd row of hooks? Or should i just give up hope on finding strapless bras? What should I do? I'm 34DD or 32DD (tbh I don't even know anymore) and idk what to do 😞

If your bra doesn't have attachments for straps, you and get ones lined with silicone strips that hold against your body.

If it does have strap holders (where you can hook straps in) hook one on the right side after making it as long as you can, go around the cup and under the bust line to the other side then around the far edge of the left cup and attach it there as well. I do this with my bras and they tend to hold incredibly well (an also big busted)

Ensure you are always fitted correctly.

I find strapless bras just don't  work, but a strapless mini bustier that has 2 inches or more boning and fabric below the boobs stays on great! I had one from H&M but I had to get rid of it because it was itchy and I've never found as good of one since 😭

Well I have a bra from I think it's called Lylette. Its so perfect because my boobs are big and not perky so I need a lot of support and a bra that won't slide down and this one is the only one that has ever worked for me.

Check a couple things:

Shoulder straps: should hold breasts up, but not dig into your shoulders uncomfortably. Most bras come with adjustable shoulder straps; your nipples will make an equilateral triangle with the centre of your collar bone when they are adjusted properly.

Back strap: should be able to fit two fingers under it when closed, start on first hook and move your way in as the band stretches from wear. This is measured in inches just below the breasts

Cups: your breasts should fill the cups without spilling over the sides or tops, there should not be a gap between your breast and the cup once the straps have been adjusted comfortably. The letter refers to your breast-to-rib-circumference ratio. The higher the letter, the larger your breasts are compared your underbust measurement.

🌸 Note: if you go down a strap size, go up a cup size, go down a cup size if you go up a strap size - so 30D, 32C, 34B, and 36A should have the same actual bust size, just different bust-to-underbust ratios (thus different underbust sizes)

Get it measured correctly! For that specific bra. Maybe you're a 30E-G band. I know VS don't really do that bamd size. Or maybe that style isn't just suitable for your body.
