I'm pissed!! Work rant

So i own my own business, have since January! I've had over 45 very pleased clients who continue to bring me things and refer others over; everything has been great. Fast forward to about 2wks ago. I got a wedding dress that needed some things altered. Her wedding is in 1wk.

I get off all done, have a simple fitting to make sure I've altered enough and that she's happy before i close it all up and give it back. She hates the liner SHE picked out and demands I make a new one. I do this over the weekend because her wedding is soon. She comes in to check out the new liner, loves it. I ask how she feels about all the other alterations and she says " They are perfect, exactly what I wanted!". I tell her ill get it all closed up and perfect and she's welcome to pick it up whenever she'd like. Pickup time comes. She insisted on an after hours appointment, like every other time. Spends 30 min in the dressing room when this should have been just a pickup. She asks price, I tell her $82.?? ( actual cost should have been $206.??, but I didn't charge for EVERYTHING I did, I never do on wedding dresses). THEN the complaining starts. She's telling me about parts of the dress we didn't even alter, telling me the hem isn't straight ( well no its not, you requested short in front to longer in back, and signed off on that hem 2 days ago), that I didn't sew the zipper differently (Nope, i replaced it exactly how it was, had you wanted different you should have said that). To all these complaints I tell her that I'm happy to fix whatever you'd like til you're happy with it. She says that she has to take it today then asks if I'm still charging the $80, with all these problems. SERIOUSLY!!?? "Yes, I am. I didn't charge for the hour drive twice for special fabric, I didn't up the cost when the fabric you wanted ended up being more expensive that it previously was, I didn't charge to make and attach 2 liners, I only charged to hem 1 layer and cut 1 when I hemmed 2 and cut 2, I didn't charge to stay after hours for you 4 times, to come in on my day away, for serious alterations in under 1 week, or to remove a few things you didn't like, so Yes, I am!"

I was livid!!

Now i completely understand why the other Tailor in town, told her " He couldn't" make those alterations. He could, he's crazy talented. But he knew she wanted something for nothing. Champagne taste on a beer budget!
