HSG Test

So I had my HSG test last week, they said my left Fallopian tube is blocked due to scar tissue. He said it was from a pelvic infection which I have never had. He said it was more than likely caused by an STD however before my husband I was checked regularly and never once in my life had an STD. Has anyone else had this and found out the scar tissue was from something else?
