If you are part of the 1-4 years, convince your Dr to give you the pill for a cycle or two and resume your TTC. I found this out after we were pregnant. If I would have done it after I removed it we would have been pregnant so much quicker🤷‍♀️who knew

if youre 1 year or more. I encourage to try vitex. especially if your periods are still irregular. 💕💕💕
