Labor soon??
I am 38 weeks and 1 day. When I went to the doctor on Wednesday, he told me I was almost 3cm and 75% effaced. Yesterday I started feeling dizzy and lightheaded like I was going to pass out and been extremely nauseous. Is flu like symptoms a sign of labor? This is my second baby but I don't remember feeling like this at the end of the pregnancy.
