kinda weird

So this might be too much info but I usually have heavy and regular periods . Well I haven't really had cramps or anything except last week when I only have severe pain only in my left side ( but could of been the flu )  and I was due for my period today . I haven't spotted but I did put a tampon in and took it out a few hours later and there was a little dip of blood that's it . My periods Are extremely heavy the first few days to the point where I want go pass out . I don't know what's going on .
