face wash suggestions?

So I have a huge problem! I have searched high and low for a good face wash, but I can't seem to find one that doesn't make me break out in a rash/give me dry skin. I used to use Neutrogena but that made my skin feel like I had a sun burn. I figured it could have been harsh chemicals, so I switched over to the Jason brand that's supposedly all natural. I am using the formula specifically for sensitive skin. I now have really dry skin and a slight rash from it. I only use it once a day. I don't have problems with acne at all so it really limits what I can use. I also moisturize right after I wash my face. If anyone knows of a natural brand that I can use, let me know!
