anyone experience these hives?

I get these very itchy hives on my legs frequently. They come and spread fast, and go away after about 45-an hour or so. Some people have told me it's bag allergies, some told me I'm allergic to my lotion (it's coconut oil), some say I'm coming in contact with something that's an irritant to me. I have always had kind of sensitive skin, but never on this level.  ust looking for some opinions or if anyone has experienced this. xx
