Worried

My doctor called me in today to discuss the results of my screening and said my baby is high risk for down syndrome. Has anyone else gotten this news?? I know these screenings have a high rate of false positives and my faith in God makes me believe everything is fine but I can't help but constantly think about it. I will not have an amniocentesis done because of the risk of miscarriage.
