different doctor every visit

Everytime we go to my sons pediatrician we see a different person every time and normally it's a different NP. We have seen the actual doctor once and that was his very first check up at 2 days old. He went to the doctor Tuesday and saw an NP that I didn't even know worked there. He has his 3rd ear infection in 5 weeks and she prescribed him the same antibiotic that didn't work for him on the first one bc I guess she didn't look at his chart or realize he had just had that antibiotic 3 weeks ago. UGH. I've pretty much had it with this office and just wondering if y'all get to see the actual doctor when you take your babies in.
