Induce period?

Anyone know of any methods?
I'm on cd62. And don't really have time right now to see the doc. I'd like to naturally induce my cycle.

I started taking Maca Root Supplements to regulate my period because I wasn't getting one normally since stopping birth control. With the supplements I got my AF in January and this month, I'm hoping it continues to regulate more and more.

You could start using progesterone cream consistently for 10 days, then stop. This should bring on a period. When you go to the doctor they generally prescribe you Provera or another progesterone for 10 days or so to bring a period on. Get a bio-identical progesterone cream that's not from wild yams.

Fertilaid/Vitex can help. Or taking a tbsp of flax seeds (milled/ground) every morning before 10am can regulate hormones
