how do you prevent yeast infections
I am working at a summer camp and we spend more than 5+ hours a day in swim suits, in and out of the lake. How do you prevent yeast infections in the future?
This past week at camp I got my first one and the camp nurse helped me out with a Monostat pack but I would greatly like to avoid them in the future.
