Can't believe it is real

I had my 10 week US yesterday after spitting everyday! Oh the baby looked so sweet! It is only three centimeters and i could see the tiny arms en legs! I really can't believe there is a mini-me inside me! I hope my spotting stops ( due to blood around placenta) because i really want to enjoy my first pregnancy!
