with personal experiences , i felt like anxiety pills made me more anxious than calm? anyone else felt like this??

It could just be the wrong med. everyone has different brain chemistry. When starting a new med I would rate my anxiety and my overal day before bed and see if the med was helping, doing nothing, or making it worse.

It's probably the wrong chemical composition for your brain. I went through this with antidepressants. Talk to your doctor and they should be able to help you. You may just need an as needed medication and not be on one at all times, I have clonodine for as needed and it does pretty good for me

I would let your doctor know about this right away. When I was first prescribed Zoloft for anxiety/depression, my doctor told me to call asap if I felt my symptoms were getting worse instead of better. You might just need to switch meds, it can take a lot of trial & error to find the correct medication & dosage.
