Crazy or what!

So my husband and I have been TTC for 4 months now and this past few days were my best days... For the last 4 months I havnt been feeling very optimistic after the deed was done but after last night I strongly felt at ease and happy. I later had a dream (which I never have!) of a baby girl and today I've been feeling very happy... Could it possibly be my phsyce trying to tell me something or am I just wishing too much... !!!
