day care

Can you get day care from the state if you are approved for cash assistance? I have to do it in July after I give birth bc they want to know when I give birth to her & they want her social as well. But I want to get a job after I have her and I'm just wondering if the state provides day care because if they don't I have no other way to get a job sadly. But I'm also wondering if they help you find a job? I heard they can help you.
