anyone know if these are ok to take??

They are vitamin d3. I know I am low in vitamin d so I have started supplementing. It does say in these though not suitable for pregnancy but I have read online it is safe to take vitamin d in pregnancy? I can't ask my doctor as he's useless! X

I've been taking vitamin d my whole pregnancy as my doc said it was a little low. Vitamin d is perfectly fine to take on pregnancy but you should consult a doctor first. You don't want to take too much if you don't need to.

I was prescribed vitamin d by my dr for it being low, maybe try to find one that says it's safe for pregnancy
