sore nipples and late?

My nipples have been sore for about a week and a half. Not the breast tho. And my last period was on May 23-28th and now I am 4-6 days late. I started feeling slightly crampy today. And have constipation. And the thing is my man doesn't want another kid. If I am pregnant he will tell me to abort. But I refuse. So I can't buy a test cause I can't go anywhere without him. Any ideas or advice?
