What are the OTC and Rx medications you can use that are safe for when TTC?

Answer

Check with your dermatologist but my doctor told me anything that I can buy OTC would be safe while TTC. You are supposed to restrict a lot of the medications once pregnant but in small concentrations they are supposed to still be safe.

If you want something safe for pregnancy try charcoal masks. Origins has a good one that is pregnancy safe. I think Lush might also have some good ones but I haven't tried those yet.

I also find that using a clarisonic with the cashmere brush is gentle enough on acne to not inflame it but strong enough for some exfoliation.
