low count

Hey all! Has anyone got pregnant naturally when there OH has a low sperm count and is on anabolic steroids? He has 2million and some aren't going the right way! He's in to fitness and takes steroids (which may be the reason) he suffers from depression and his self appearance is a massive part of this (he won't stop taking them incase it doesn't change things) has anyone got the same/similar issues? He also isn't in to IVF because of this. TTC 2 1/2 years
