pregnant and breast-feeding

Hey ladies, is anyone pregnant and still breast-feeding? My son is 10 months old and this pregnancy came as a complete surprise as we weren't going to start trying for another couple of months. I am six weeks and one day today but still not feeling very pregnant and I'm wondering if this is because I am still breast-feeding? Or maybe this is an indication that something isn't right with the pregnancy? I have been pretty moody, some cramping (no bleeding), backache and tired. I was feeling really bloated and started getting food aversions but both of those symptoms have left. I'm trying not to over analyze 😩
