Plan B doing weird things to my body

Almost a month ago, I had sex with my boyfriend and afterwards we realized that the condom had broken. Since he finished inside me, the following morning I decided to get plan B. I did take two pregnancy tests since then and both were negative. I have seen many girls post about how it makes their period late and I was one of those people but as of right now, I have this odd brown ish blood. I wouldn't even consider it a "flow". Could this be the pill doing weird things to my period? Is this even considered my period?
