pls help?? morning sickness hacks ?

I'm 7 wks 5d and my morning sickness is horrible!! Crackers don't help, and I feel so horrible, pls help

I think eating is key, but kind of hard when you're feeling yucky! I always find that fruit like strawberries, grapes and cantaloupe, as well as bananas help. But when I can't even stomach fruit, I suck on ice cubes and that mends it a bit somehow.

Im 11weeks 4days today. I lost 25lbs from morning sickness in only 2weeks. I tried ginger everything, I tried watered down Gatorade, crackers, everything people suggested. I started eating what sounded edible instead of healthy( my doctor suggested it because of the weight loss) If cake sounded good that's what I ate! Then I found that MUG root beer helped me! I slowly sip it as soon as I feel a bit of sickness! When I told my family my aunt admitted that Dr pepper helped her morning sickness! Maybe try something like that? I hope it gets better for you!

Try ginger tea or red raspberry leaf tea! You can also try ginger sprays- I use one by Momma Natural.
