Hi all! 20 weeks pregnant and having pretty bad gum bleeding this week. I had a cleaning at 14 weeks and my dentist did say I'm bleeding more than normal but it's common in pregnancy and just to be diligent with my hygiene. This week I'm spitting like, actual bright red mouth fulls of blood. It stops after like 5 min. Anyone else have experience with this? Should I be concerned? Any tips for making this stop?
