4 month sleep regression
Anyone else going through the 4 month sleep regression? How are you Handling it? I've read so many different things online and was wanting ideas from people who are actually in the thick of it. We are waking up 2-3 times a night (I know some people will tell me to be thankful it's not 5+ times, which I am, but miss those 7-8 hour stretches lol) and naps are terrible. Help, please!
