So I just got off birth control one month ago

So I got off birth control one month ago and already missed my period I'm excited but nervous I had one miscarriage in high school and this is going to be my first pregnancy. But my friend said that the lines on the test were to light for it to be a positive. I still made a doc appointment with my obgyn but they won't c me till I'm 8 weeks any advice. Here the tests one was at night and one with fmu. I'm also having slight pain but it's nothing bad at all just uncomfortable should I worry.
