Sooo when I'm on my period my cramps get painful enough to make me feel nauseated 🤢 Sometimes I also get sharp ones that feel like they are shooting up my vagina or I sometimes even get them around my anus 😭 like I randomly get bad ones that hurt so bad I have to stop walking and just stand there until they pass. But they get 10x worse when I have to poop 🙄 and I stuggle. It causes me to be on the toilet for a while bc it hurts just to poop. I just want to know if I'm the only one that suffers these symptoms 😭😭😭
