House cleaner

Hi ladies. For those of you who have house cleaners, what do they charge and how often do they come? I'm trying to decide between every 2 weeks or every 4. Would every 4 even make an impact do you think? I will admit I am not the best cleaner. I would love to find someone regular and have them do a basic clean on the entire house every time and maybe focus on one area to deep clean each time. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!
