baby health question

Li
So I am 7 months pregnant with my first baby, and during my 20 week ultrasound, I was told my son has hypercoiled cord. Instead of his umbilical cord being curly and bouncy, it's straighten out and has no curl to it. I have an ultrasound EVERY apportionment so they can check to see if everything is flowing through it properly, because on very rare occasions, I guess the cord can kink up or baby can twist it so blood/oxygen stops going through. So far he's been placed really well so his cord kindof goes up beside/behind him. But has anyone else ever had this problem? Just curious cause I've never heard of it. Thanks!
