Taking prenancy tests after ovidrel injection

Im 12 days post ovidrel pen 250 ug trigger injection, so 10/11 days post ovulation and timed intercourse i go for blood test on thursday.. if i was to take a test at home now would it be accurate or could i get false positive from ovidrel still??

This is 2nd cycle doing meds and ovidrel with timed intercourse.. last cycle my hcg level was 4.3 15 days post injection then dropped to zero 3 days later the nurses werent sure if was still the ovidrel in my system or if was chemical pregnancy...
