Olive Garden and barley?

So I was having some tummy discomfort after eating Olive Garden and discovered they use malted barley flour in their breadsticks! Barley can apparently cause contractions and now I'm freaking 😂 I know I'm overreacting. How many of you guys have loaded up on the OG and been fine??

Breadsticks were all I could keep down for a while during my first pregnancy. I went to Olive Garden more than I care to admit and I never once had a cramp.

That's crazy. I hate Olive Garden but I'm obsessed with barley. I ate a ton of it throughout my pregnancy and was fine. The internet will tell you all sorts of crazy stuff. You'll be fine.

Funny thing. Went to Olive Garden yesterday and have been aches all night and day 😩 no more OG until i deliver i guess 🤣
